  • To receive the abutment holder set at no charge, go to vhf.com/promo-submission and submit your request by May 31, 2022.
  • Please specify your required abutment system (PreFace®, NT-Preform®, DESS).
  • Purchase must take place between March 1, 2022 and April 30, 2022 (reseller invoice date).
  • Limit one offer redemption per purchased milling machine.
  • The abutment holder set will be sent within two weeks of receipt of complete documentation (upon availability).
