Die Gr\u00fcnde sind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>zu geringer Vorschub bei hoher Drehzahl beim Dibond-Fr\u00e4sen<\/li>\n<li>mangelnder Spanabtransport<\/li>\n<li>ungeeignete Fr\u00e4sergeometrie f\u00fcr Alu-Verbundplatten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Das Material erw\u00e4rmt sich, die Sp\u00e4ne l\u00f6sen sich nicht sauber und lagern sich an der Schneide ab.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ausfransungen<\/strong> zeigen sich vor allem am Kunststoffkern.
