vhf presents broad product portfolio at the largest U.S. dental show

Ammerbuch/Hauppauge, November 23, 2018: vhf will present its current bestsellers during this year’s Greater New York Dental Meeting from November 25–28, 2018. With the R5, Z4 and K5+, vhf is showcasing three different machines for wet and dry processing. The company is thereby further consolidating its position in the U.S. dental market, which has recently shown strong demand for vhf milling and grinding machines.

vhf will give an overview of its current four- and five-axis milling and grinding machines for dental labs and offices at booth 1317 of the German Pavilion in New York. The company offers outstanding solutions for both dry and wet processing. According to the vhf basic principle of open systems, users have free choice regarding components such as scanners and design software in addition to the materials to be processed.

With the futuristic Z4, vhf is showcasing a milling and grinding machine optimized for same-day restorations that fits perfectly into a digital workflow. Thanks to its ease-of-use, fast spindle and optimized machining strategies, restorations of the highest quality can be produced with the machine in minutes. This makes it possible to provide patients with durable, high-quality dental prostheses in a single day.

The R5 can be equipped with every type of material commonly used in dental technology in both disc and block form and up to a thickness of 40 mm. The highly automated five-axis milling and grinding machine for wet and dry processing comes with a variety of innovative features such as a patent-pending system for the quick tool-free loading of up to ten discs or 60 blocks or abutments as well as an automatic cleaning and drying system of the working chamber.

The latest milling machine from vhf is also represented in the form of the K5+, a new edition of the bestselling K5. The device is equipped with many new user-friendly features, such as tool-free blank loading (DirectDiscTechnology). Moreover, an integrated ionizer neutralizes the static charge of acrylic chips, and an integrated webcam simplifies support.
