The Z4 was thoroughly tested by 3Shape and clinical beta testers during the validation process. The Z4 creates high-quality restorations in mere minutes. It sets previously unattained standards for quality in milling blocks, with its high frequency spindle for up to 100,000 RPM. Restorations can made from blocks of glass ceramics, PMMA, zirconium oxide and composites and the Z4 finishes prefabricated titanium abutments.
Combined with TRIOS Design Studio, the Z4 enables customers to create high precision crowns, inlays and onlays, veneers and 3-unit bridges. Usability is key with the new machine – the milling process is controlled via touch screen for quick and easy operation.
