Starting October 5, 2026, users will be able to upgrade their vhf milling machines to vhf digital solutions. For the first time, existing customers will gain access to a connected digital manufacturing environment featuring intelligent automation functions, centralized machine management, and continuous software updates. The result: more efficient processes, greater transparency, and machining times up to 20 percent shorter.
With vhf digital solutions, vhf camfacture AG is expanding its digital ecosystem to include existing machine installations. The upgrade includes the new generation of CAM software – dentalcam 9 and dentalcnc 9 – as well as the digital control center myvhf. Users benefit from an end-to-end workflow that intelligently connects machines, software, service, and data. For the first time, vhf is opening up its installed machine base to the benefits of a continuously evolving digital platform. Customers benefit not only from new features but also from future innovations and regular software updates.
The new generation of software significantly increases the level of automation in manufacturing. Features such as intelligent blank selection, auto-nesting, auto-leveling, automatic connector placement, and optimized machining strategies reduce manual steps and support a more efficient production process. At the same time, machining times are reduced by up to 20 percent compared to the previous generation.
Laboratories with multiple machines, in particular, benefit from these new capabilities. With just a single installation, up to six vhf milling machines can be centrally managed and controlled. This reduces administrative overhead and simplifies the scaling of production.
Another key focus is the integration of digital workflows. New interfaces enable connectivity to various cloud and design services. At the same time, vhf digital solutions lay the foundation for even closer integration of future digital workflows across the entire dental value chain.
At the heart of the solution is the digital customer and service platform myvhf. Through live data, productivity analyses, and push notifications, users can monitor their production at all times. For all vhf machines manufactured in 2025 or later, the upgrade to vhf digital solutions is available free of charge through December 31, 2026. For machines manufactured in earlier years, vhf offers attractive upgrade options through authorized dealers.
