Management strengthened – processes further optimized
Ammerbuch, February 14, 2019: vhf camfacture AG has named Hendrik Wagener as its new Chief Operating Officer. With this, the manufacturer of CNC milling machines and tools would like to successfully continue its growth course and prepare the company for the challenges of the future. The new member of the Management Board is being tasked with further optimizing and coordinating the day-to-day business among other responsibilities.
Since 2015, the International Business Administration graduate with a Master’s degree has been working for vhf and was most recently Head of Finance and Controlling as well as COO of vhf tools AG. As a result, Hendrik Wagener has a sound knowledge of the company’s internal processes. Before joining vhf as assistant to the Management Board, he gained experience in training management and in the automotive sector, including abroad. Moreover, he is a certified project management expert.

The newly created position serves to further optimize vhf’s day-to-day business and adapt the company’s internal structures towards growth. Among other things, resource planning and the associated processes are to be made even more efficient. Hendrik Wagener is optimistic about the future in view of the tasks ahead: “vhf has grown impressively over the last 30 years. Meanwhile, we are internationally represented with various products and therefore operate in a complex environment. Maintaining and expanding this position requires a high degree of professionalism and organization.
