Active Pure<\/em> \u2013 the simple and inexpensive entry into professional CNC machining of panel materials<\/h4>\n

Ammerbuch, May 16, 2023 \u2013 At this year’s FESPA, vhf camfacture AG presents the Active Pure<\/em>, a special model for panel processing which boasts its simplicity, quality and excellent price-performance ratio. The compact CNC milling machine made in Germany is technically based on the proven Active series from vhf and is suitable for the precise CNC machining of panel materials of different types \u2013 without any special requirements on the compressed air quality. For the first time, trade visitors can experience the newcomer live in Munich’s exhibition hall A2 from May 23 to 26, 2023. In addition, vhf will present its high-end milling machine X as well as numerous precision milling tools from its own production.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The new CNC milling machine Active Pure is vhf’s entry-level model when it comes to mill-ing applications of panel materials and features a fixed basic equipment as well as a selectable travel range of 1.5 x 2 m or 2 x 3 m. The heart of the machine is a high-quality spindle with a power of 2.2 kW, which is clamped manually and reaches a maximum speed of 30.000 rpm. In addition, the vhf Active Pure is equipped with an automatic z-adjustment, which allows a comfortable and precise measuring of the workpiece zero point in z-direction. Furthermore, a fully integrated vacuum table is used for workpiece fixing. With these features the vhf Active Pure is, for example, interesting for users who have planned a prototype and series production of plastic and aluminum parts or for sign makers who are looking for a pure milling system without a cutting unit.<\/p>\n

Regardless of the area in which the vhf Active Pure is used, it always guarantees a safe production process due to its proven machine concept. The high-quality machining spindle, which guides each milling tool effortlessly and precisely through a wide range of materials, also contributes to this. In combination with the integrated cooling and spraying device as well as a chip extraction system, which enables the best milling results with minimal cleaning effort \u2013 and all this at an excellent price-performance ratio. The compressed air-optimized concept of the Active Pure also contributes to high cost efficiency throughout the entire product life cycle. This is because there is no need for complex and therefore expensive compressed air preparation, as would be necessary for spindles with sealing air, for example \u2013 the spindle of the Active Pure has a labyrinth seal. Instead, users can operate the Active Pure with any commercially available air compressor. Depending on the panel material to be machined, compressed air may not even be required at all.<\/p>\n

“When designing the new Active Pure, we focused on simplicity, quality and an attractive price-performance ratio for our customers,” Lucas Kehl, Head of Product at vhf, summarizes the core of the development goal. “With regard to the simple, yet high-quality equipment as well as the reduced compressed air requirement, we have succeeded very well with the new CNC milling machine Active Pure.
