Deburring tools
These tools don’t give burrs a chance: smoothen the edges of your workpieces with deburring tools from vhf.
This minimizes the risk of injury and your materials can be further processed in an optimal way. Our deburrers reliably smoothen the surfaces of plastics, non-ferrous metals, or steel and can be used for deburring, countersinking and chamfering. We offer them with top angles of 60°, 90°, and 120° as well as a quarter circle chamfer. Deburring tools with coating for a longer tool life are also available in our vhf shop – see for yourself!

Practical tip
Working with conic tools
In this video, you will see applications where you work with conical, i.e. V-shaped, tools – chamfering, engraving, and deburring.
When deburring, vhf’s optional workpiece leveling is particularly recommended: it eliminates material thickness tolerances and thus ensures that the deburring tool can create an exactly uniform chamfer at the workpiece edge.
